modify and redistribute it as a new product

Because digital content is delivered instantly, digital purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

8) Classes, Events, and Experiences (If Applicable)

If you register for a class or event hosted by Girl+Gloss:

Your registration may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket/registration will be transferred to the new date.

If an event is canceled by Girl+Gloss, you will be offered a refund or credit (as applicable).

Participants agree to behave respectfully toward staff and guests. We reserve the right to remove disruptive attendees without refund.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, designs, product names, downloadable resources, and branding elements (including Girl+Gloss and Alya the Butterfly)—is owned by Girl Plus Gloss LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
