Are Girl+Gloss lip glosses made with safe, high-quality ingredients?

Yes. We use organic, vegan, cruelty-free, and non-toxic ingredients whenever possible. Transparency matters to us — especially when it comes to products used by children. Our formulas are designed to help moms feel confident about what’s being applied to their daughter’s lips while minimizing irritation or sensitivity.

Ingredients include:
Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Butylene/Styrene Copolymer, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed) Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (Fractionated Coconut Oil), D-Alpha Tocopherol (Vitamin E Oil), Organic Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil*, Octyldodecanol, Cosmetic-Grade Mica, and Natural Flavoring Oil.

Does the lip gloss feel sticky?

No. Our lip glosses are formulated to feel smooth and comfortable — keeping lips hydrated and shiny without a sticky or heavy feeling.

Do the glosses have a scent or flavor?

Yes. We use subtle, food-grade flavoring oils that provide a light scent and taste. All flavoring oils are FDA-approved and gluten-free to keep ingredients as natural as possible.

How does order processing and shipping work?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is scanned by USPS.

Please note: orders cannot be edited or canceled once processing has begun.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on physical products.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

Packages are typically returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address. If this happens, you may request a partial refund, minus a restocking fee for packaging materials and shipping. We do not offer reshipping on returned packages.

Why might my gloss not look completely full?

Our lip glosses are handmade and filled 3/4 full. When the wand is inserted, air displacement can make the gloss appear lower in the tube. Each gloss is weighed before shipping and contains no less than 6 mL of product.

Because our items are handmade, slight variations may occur — this is part of what makes each gloss special.

How do digital products work?

All digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with access to your digital downloads or resources. No physical product will be shipped for digital items.

What if I have trouble accessing my digital purchase?

Are digital products refundable?

Because digital content is delivered instantly, digital purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
