Processing Time

Girl+Gloss orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email when your package is scanned by the carrier.

Please note:

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Method & Addresses

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

🚫 PO Boxes
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please be sure to enter a valid physical address at checkout to avoid delays or returned shipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

Girl+Gloss is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Packages damaged in transit

If your package is missing or damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please report the damage to the carrier immediately.

Returned Shipments (Insufficient or Incorrect Address)

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address:

You may request a partial refund

A restocking fee will be deducted to cover packaging materials and shipping services

Refunds are issued once the package is returned to the sender

🚫 We do not offer reshipping on returned packages.
