Physical Products (Lip Gloss, Kits, Accessories)
All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all physical product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated below.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Girl+Gloss is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your package arrives damaged during shipping:
Report the damage to the carrier immediately
Contact [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
If a product is confirmed to be damaged, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion. If the item is sold out, a store credit may be provided.
Damaged product does NOT include:
Air space caused by wand displacement
Minor color variations due to handmade production
Incorrect or Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
Email photos of the product received along with your order number
A return label will be provided. Once the incorrect item is returned, a replacement will be sent if available. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address:
You may request a partial refund
A restocking fee will be deducted to cover packaging and shipping costs
Refunds are processed once the package is returned to the sender
🚫 We do not offer reshipping on returned packages.
Digital Products (Guides, Downloads, Courses, Resources)
Digital Sales Policy
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction unless a guarantee is explicitly stated.
30-Day Guarantee (Select Digital Products Only)
Some digital products may include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, as clearly stated on the product page.
If a product includes this guarantee and you do not see meaningful improvement or value within 30 days, you may request a refund by contacting us within the stated timeframe and following the instructions provided.
👉 If a guarantee is not mentioned on the product page, the product is non-refundable.
