It is important to have high quality ingredients in our lip gloss for our consumers to understand what is being applied to their lips and feel safe. It also greatly reduces any type of allergic sensitivity or reaction, when ingredients are pure, organic, vegan, cruelty free, and non-toxic. Our main goal is transparency within the formulation of our products, and to indefinitely minimize the risk of exposure to any harmful chemicals to our customers.

We pride ourselves in using organic and natural ingredients. Our lip gloss is also vegan and cruelty free. Does the lip gloss have a sticky consistency?
No. It's the perfect consistency to keep your lips moist, hydrated, and shiny for hours.
Is there a scent/flavor to the lip glosses?
Yes. We use flavoring oils which are scented and have a subtle flavor to them. Our flavoring oils are also food grade essential oils, FDA approved, and gluten free to keep ingredients as natural as possible.

When will you be shipping internationally?

How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
To cancel/edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' or 'Edit Order' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)'). NO edits or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed.
When will my order be shipped?
Girl Plus Gloss LLC's processing window is 3-5 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.All packages are shipped via USPS.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Afterpay, Shop Pay, & Klarna.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Please do not email me before the processing days are over asking for an update (simply because there is no update, I am working to fulfill your order completely and with love before your due date)
My package was sent back, what do I do?
This happened due to an insufficient address. You may request a partial refund. A restocking fee will be deducted from the order (packaging materials and shipping service). The buyer will be refunded when the package is returned to the sender. We will not offer "reshipping" on returned packages.
Nature of handmade items:
Please be aware that most items in our store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip glosses are filled to the S on the wand tube. When you remove the wand from the tube, a void will be visible and the gloss will be displaced higher than the S. This can cause the gloss to not look full. Gloss tubes are slightly larger than oz of gloss to account for space for the wand and small air bubbles in gloss. We weigh each gloss in its packaging before shipping and will not ship anything under 6mL of gloss.
