Shipping policy

Girl Plus Gloss LLC's processing window is 3-5 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

PO Boxes

We ship via USPS (first class). We do not ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to enter a physical address when checking out to ensure that there's no delay in the shipping process.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. I cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package. 

RETURNED SHIPMENT (INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS)

     Please double-check your address before purchasing. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to the sender by the carrier. If your order was returned due to an insufficient address, you may request a partial refund. A restocking fee will be deducted from the order (packaging materials and shipping service). The buyer will be refunded when the package is returned to the sender. We will not offer "reshipping" on returned packages.

     If your package arrives damaged during shipping, report any damages to the mail carrier immediately. More information on shipping can be found under our shipping policy. 

If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
